If there is an issue with the box you have received e.g. if the box is faulty or damaged badly in transit you may be eligible for a refund or a replacement box.

We cannot accept responsibility for, or refund boxes that are not to your individual standards or preferences – for example you did not enjoy the snacks.
If your box fails to arrive when expected or arrives damaged, you must alert us within 7 days of the dispatch date. If we fail to receive notification of this within the 10-day period, we are not responsible for a replacement box.
